The Inaugural meeting of the club was held at the Wheatsheaf Public House, Baker Street, Enfield on 15th April 1971. The meeting was chaired by Colin Moore who was a teacher at the school, as well as being an Old Boy of the School when it first opened in 1961. Colin was Chairman of the Club during the early years.

The first match the club ever played was at the Old Cholmeleians ground in Hendon Wood Lane, Mill Hill on Saturday 4th September.

Our opponents were the Old Boys team of Highgate School and they played in the Arthurian League with other public school Old Boys teams such as Old Etonians and Old Harrovians.
